Gli esterni sono fantastici per godersi il bel tempo dell'isola. Potranno nuotare nella piscina con cloro che misura 10 x 5 metri e ha una profondità che varia da 0,50 a 1,60 metri. Successivamente, godetevi il sole sui lettini e gustatevi un delizioso barbecue sotto il portico. La proprietà è recintata e la privacy è totale. L'interno a un piano offre uno stile confortevole e accogliente. Nell'ampio soggiorno potete guardare la TV satellitare. È collegata alla cucina-sala da pranzo tramite un arco e la cucina è dotata di fornello a gas. Nella casa ci sono 5 camere da letto, tutte con letti matrimoniali tranne una con 2 letti singoli. Tre di loro hanno un bagno privato con doccia e c'è un altro bagno con vasca e servizi igienici. La lavanderia separata è dotata di lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. Completano la dotazione una culla, un seggiolone e 3 ventilatori. La casa si trova alla periferia di Cala Murada. Qui troverete i servizi di base come supermercato e ristorante. Per tutto il resto potete rivolgervi a Felanitx. La zona è ricca di diverse spiagge e calette come Cala Domingos, Cala Murada e Cales de Mallorca.
